Product Definition
The ball milling and classifying production line consists of two main equipments: a ball mill and an airflow classifier. Technical features
The ball mill is uniquely designed and uses a specific ratio of grinding media to efficiently achieve the ideal grinding fineness. Its grate plate type discharge is smooth, and the cylinder does not need to be cooled, which simplifies the structure.
The feed is continuously controlled to ensure stable feeding and achieve the best grinding efficiency. The grinding aid is quantitatively sprayed with a metering pump to ensure accurate ratios, improve grinding efficiency and product performance stability.
The grading process is flexible. Single or multiple classifiers can be combined according to needs. Products of different fineness can be produced at the same time, and product specifications can be adjusted at any time. The classifier is equipped with a speed sensor and control system, which can monitor and compensate for changes in parameters such as temperature and wind pressure in real time to ensure stable product quality.
The silo is equipped with a high-quality level indicator to support fully automatic control of the production process. The conveying system is manufactured according to DIN and ISO standards and has high stability. The entire line adopts an automatic control system to keep the equipment at a stable load and achieve low energy consumption operation.、
